Refund policy

• If your item is unsuitable, please contact me within 7days of receipt, via email at theflinthousepetworth@outlook.com, or by telephone on 07876712093.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to me, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched item.  
• Please repack your item with care using the original packaging or a suitable alternative.   The goods are your responsibility until they reach me.  I recommend getting proof of postage as I cannot accept responsibility for any items that do not reach me.
• If returns are received damaged, I will contact you and send evidence of the damage.  No refund will be given if the item is unsaleable.
• ​Returns can take up to 14 days to be processed and will be given via your original method of payment.
• Please ensure that the returns slip is included with the item.
